Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. To ensure fairness and to accommodate all of our patients, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
- At least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests is required
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining session time. However, out of respect for our other patients, your session may be shortened while the full appointment fee applies.
Emergency Exceptions
- We understand that emergencies happen. If you are experiencing an unavoidable circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a solution.
